Margaret K. Farley, 77, of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center.

Margaret was born on February 12, 1939 in Springfield the daughter of Lewis and Bernice Pauline Wires Lash.  She married William Farley; he preceded her in death in 2003.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, William Charles Farley; daughter, Brenda Farley; sister, Betty VanHoos; and three cousins, Alva and Bonnie Wires, and Wanda Trader.

She is survived by two cousins, Pamela Pendall of Springfield and Jean Marcum of VA.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home with Reverend Vaughn Beeman officiating.  Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
