Clarence E. Worley, 66, of Dawson, passed away on December 15, 2017 at his home.
Clarence was born on December 13, 1951 in Springfield, the son of James F. and Clara Belle (Mellinger) Worley. He married Diane Marguerite Malloy on August 23, 1975 and she preceded him in death. He later married Jennifer Lynn Langley on June 8, 2013, and she survives.
Clarence was a member of Fountain of Life United Methodist Church, a member of Carlock Masonic Lodge #904, and was a trustee for the Village of Dawson for over 20 years. Clarence enjoyed hunting, fishing, grilling, spending time with his family and enjoyed sharing stories with friends old and new. He retired after working for Mechanicsburg Farmer’s Grain for over 30 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Diane Marguerite Malloy; and brother-in-law, John Wilcut.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; daughter Kelly Jean; step daughter, Andrea (Dane) Shaffer; two grandchildren, Austin and Lillian Shaffer; one brother, Lawrence “Larry” (Mary) Worley; three sisters, Belle Scott, Catherine “Cathy” Wilcut, and Sue (Duane) Sinclair; several nieces and nephews and several grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 with Masonic Rites beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home in Mechanicsburg. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the funeral home with Reverend Beth Tickner officiating. Burial will follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
