We are sending prayers of comfort to the Wasem family upon your loss of Leighton. My mother welcomed him to the family years ago.

Our sincere condolences go out to the entire family. He was a very polite gentleman who was a pleasure to meet. Loved his spirit! What a kind and loving father and grandfather!

Remembering Leighton with much fondness. He loved my dog, stopping to pet him each time he saw him in my yard as he was leaving Unity. Knowing my beloved Cherokee was there to greet him, and holding his family in loving light.

Leighton was my colleague at the State Board of Education, Research Department, for many years. He was pleasant, friendly and an asset to his co-workers. My deepest sympathy goes out to his family and I'm sure they will be comforted by the many wonderful memories he leaves with them.

Very sad to hear of the passing of Leighton. I worked at MHCCI with him many years and loved talking baseball with him. He always made me laugh and put a smile on my face.
